Room & Board has an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst (SAP Finance) on our business systems team. In this role, you will report into to the Director of Business Systems and collaborate closely with our finance and business leaders, gaining valuable insights and experience that empower you to deliver impactful solutions for the organization while simultaneously advancing your skill set. You’ll join a talented team (12±) of BAs, in-house developers and project managers who are experts in leveraging SAP (yes, we're getting ready for S/4 implementation) and other business applications to ensure we have the best solutions in place for our business.

You will share your talents as a Business Anayst (SAP Finance) in the following ways:

Act as the main point of contact between the finance team and IT to plan and manage small to medium projects. In addition, provide support as needed for delivery business groups.

Maintain third-party applications (e.g., Tax, AP Processing, Financial Planning Software).

Manage vendor relationships to ensure clear expectations and adherence to budget.

Oversee resolution of production support incidents, including research, tracking, and reporting.

Execute all phases of the application lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, and end-user training.

Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, deliver results, manage schedules, and facilitate escalations.

Help develop and maintain internal processes, procedures, and documentation.
You will bring the following experiences & qualifications as a Business Anayst (SAP Finance) :

- 5+ years’ a technology-focused SAP Business Analyst specifically bringing experience with SAP FI with strong knowledge of integration points with upstream processes and other external systems.
- Some exposure or willingness to learn SAP SD and SAP WM.
- SAP S/4 experience desired but not required.
- Experience in testing methodologies and procedures.
- Experience working within an Agile development framework using Atlassian JIRA strongly desired.
- Understanding of the impact of system changes on the user experience.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A curious learner who stays abreast of technology and industry best-practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and meeting facilitation.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without any corporate sponsorships.
