Global technology consultancy BBGC are looking for a UK-based analyst with expertise in Aspect CTRM to join our team.
As a Business Analyst specializing in CTRM, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the intricacies of commodity trading operations and leverage your expertise in Aspect CTRM systems to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to commodity trading activities, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Evaluate existing CTRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement solutions within CTRM systems to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems and tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Partner with IT teams and vendors to customize CTRM solutions, integrate with other systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in commodity trading and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CTRM systems, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize trading operations, minimize risks, and maximize profitability.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in digital product delivery, preferably within commodities industry & knowledge of Aspect CTRM
- Strong agile methodology experience & knowledge
- Knowledge of human-centered design & design-thinking if advantageous
- Euxcellent communication skills, adaptable to a diverse range of cultural & professional backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills & ability to break down and solve complex problems
- Customer-focused with a clear vision of end goals and customer satisfaction
