Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams. This role involves eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, designing wireframes and UML diagrams, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Requirement Gathering
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, needs, and pain points.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation and actionable requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and change requests.
2. Technical & Functional Documentation
- Create comprehensive documentation such as:
v Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
v Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
v Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
v Scope and Gap Analysis Documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers to ensure clarity and completeness of documentation.
3. Process Mapping & Modeling
- Develop clear and detailed UML diagrams such as:
v Use Case Diagrams
v Sequence Diagrams
v Activity Diagrams
- Analyze and document existing workflows, propose process improvements, and model future-state processes.
4. Wireframing & UI/UX Collaboration
- Translate requirements into wireframes and mockups
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure wireframes align with business goals and end-user needs.
5. Support Development & QA Teams
- Provide clarifications during development and testing phases.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure deliverables meet business and technical expectations before deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Financial Services, or SaaS industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
