𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭
Responsibilities:
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding multiple projects, processes, and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct performance reviews of team members, identify areas of improvement, and give feedback.
• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
• Identify specific business opportunities.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements.
• Create a backlog for the targeted tasks and functionalities to be reflected in the project plan (execution plan).
• Make User Acceptance Test for each build and for the system before delivering to the customer.
• Manage all digital transformation products and projects documentation. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Must have experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, solid relationship-building skills & communication skills.
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, analytical data, returns level data, etc.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation such as:
Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Use Case Documents
Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Process Flow Diagrams and Wireframes
Ensure all documents are version-controlled and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Act as the bridge between clients, developers, testers, and UI/UX designers.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
