Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights that support executive decision-making across a dynamic portfolio of wellness centers, fitness clubs, spas, and hospitality-driven facilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, the Financial Analyst plays a critical role in budgeting, profitability analysis, capital planning, investment evaluation, and operational cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budget and forecast
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to monitor revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs across facilities
- Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities that impact financial performance
- Assist in preparation of board-level presentations, business cases, and performance reviews
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with department heads
- Consolidate facility-level budgets and ensure alignment with company-wide financial goals
- Track actuals versus forecast and prepare variance analysis with clear justifications
- Develop financial models to assess potential business scenarios and sensitivities
Strategic & Commercial Support
- Conduct profitability and performance analysis for new services, pricing strategies, and business lines
- Evaluate feasibility of new projects, expansions, or capital investments
- Assist in financial due diligence and ROI modeling for partnerships, vendors, and new locations
- Benchmark performance across regions, brands, or service types
Operational & Cost Analysis
- Work with operations and procurement teams to analyze costs, optimize spending, and identify savings
- Track fixed and variable costs across facilities and functions
- Monitor labor and staffing metrics to ensure alignment with operational productivity targets
- Provide insights that help improve resource allocation and cost-efficiency
Data Management & Systems
- Maintain and improve financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data across systems
- Contribute to automation or digitization of reporting processes
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and reporting standards
- Support internal and external audit requirements with proper documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and strategic information

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Experience working in service-based, retail, hospitality, or wellness industries is preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
