The Opportunity

As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our award winning software. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, analysing and documenting requirements for new features and improvements. You will work closely with developers and testers to create the best product for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external users, and conduct independent research to develop requirements.
Organise and prioritise requirements, creating detailed specifications and supporting materials.
Work closely with developers to explore options and resolve uncertainties.
Assess the impact of change request on existing features and requirements.
Resolve queries from the testing team that may arise as they test enhancements.
Develop and update product information for customers, including website content and emails.
Provide training on software updates and create internal documentation, while building a deep knowledge in key software areas.
Investigate and diagnose software issues using your knowledge and diagnostic tools.

The Person

We’re excited to meet candidates who bring technical excellence and a collaborative spirit to our team. Here’s what you’ll bring:

At least 2 years in a business analyst role, with a strong grasp of IT and software development.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, and great attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to personal and professional growth.
Professional qualifications (ISEB/BCS) are desirable.
Experience in accountancy, legal, financial, or professional services industries would be a distinct advantage.
