Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst to drive insight, innovation, and operational improvement across Dartcor. This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting data integrity, performance analysis, AI enablement, and continuous improvement efforts. You will work cross-functionally to turn data into action, define and support AI initiatives, and help elevate Dartcor into a tech-enabled, insights-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting: Navigate, optimize, and maintain reporting systems; ensure data accuracy, flow, and timely availability for decision-making.
- Visualization & KPIs: Build a cohesive KPI framework and automate dashboards that bring performance insights to life across departments.
- AI Strategy & Execution: Support AI roadmap design—identify use cases, assess tools, build automations, co-lead AI adoption, and deliver training to scale AI understanding.
- Operational Improvement: Apply Lean principles to identify inefficiencies, lead hands-on change initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strategic Insight: Conduct analysis tied to operations, client success, finance, and growth initiatives; prepare actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner across functions, from frontline to C-suite, and contribute meaningfully to company-wide projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; business, engineering, data science, or IT majors preferred. MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
- 2–4 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategic operations.
- Strong technical proficiency: Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and familiarity with AI tools/automation platforms.
- Demonstrated track record in data projects, KPI design, or operational transformation.
- Experience in hospitality, food services, or high-volume service organizations is advantageous.
