Position Overview
We are seeking a strategy-minded Business Analyst with 2–4 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, and a strong desire to apply those skills in a dynamic, fast-paced operating company.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll support, among others: operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and AI adoption. You will work directly with cross-functional leaders to turn insights into action, support the design of our AI roadmap, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. In this role you will provide leverage to the executive team in implementing strategy, running key projects, designing and maintaining reporting and management infrastructure.
Candidates must be currently based within commutable distance to Whippany, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Analysis: Conduct structured analysis related to operations, finance, and client success to drive business impact and inform executive decision-making.
- Performance Reporting & KPIs: Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to improve visibility and accountability across departments.
- AI & Tech Enablement: Support the rollout of AI and automation tools, helping identify business use cases, lead training efforts, and champion adoption.
- Process Improvement: Apply Lean principles to uncover inefficiencies, lead change initiatives, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams from operations to executive leadership to deliver strategic projects and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; business degrees preferred. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 2–4 years of full-time experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations roles.
- Strong technical toolkit: advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement methods strongly preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, facilities, or other high-volume services a plus.
